Your trading record is personal. The Bitcoin Terminal was built so that it never leaves your hands. There is no SMCircle server holding your journal, and nothing for anyone else to see.

Stored locallyTrades, grades, notes and chart drawings are saved in your own browser on your own device.
Never uploadedThe terminal can only connect to public market-data services. Your journal is not sent to SMCircle or anyone else.
No keys, no loginsIt never asks for exchange API keys or account details, and it cannot place trades.

Who we are. SMCircle (Smart Money Circle) is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].

Your trading data. Everything you record in the Bitcoin Terminal is stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. SMCircle does not collect, receive, store or have access to it. Clearing your browser data or using a different browser or device will remove it from view, so we recommend regular backups using the built-in Backup feature. Anyone with access to your device and browser profile may be able to see your journal.

Purchases. When you subscribe or buy lifetime access, your payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive the details needed to manage your access, such as your name, email address and purchase history. We never see or store your full card details.

Market data. To show live prices, the terminal requests public data directly from Binance, Kraken, CoinGecko, alternative.me and mempool.space. Like any website, these services can see your IP address when your device contacts them. No information about your trades is included in those requests. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which can also see your IP address.

Cookies and tracking. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and the terminal contains no analytics trackers.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To make a request, contact [CONTACT EMAIL].

Changes. If we update this notice, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
